Pro Bono Law Alberta

PBLA plays an active role in seeking out opportunities for lawyers and law firms to provide organized pro bono programs and projects. For law firms in Alberta, PBLA is available to assist in promoting, developing and organizing pro bono projects, initiatives and opportunities for their lawyers. PBLA helps law firms to develop specific pro bono projects by brokering relationships with community organizations and not-for-profit groups to address the legal needs of low income and disadvantaged Albertans as well as the communities and charitable organizations that serve them.

PBLA also promotes the outstanding efforts of lawyers, law firms and law associations that provide access to justice to low income Albertans through pro bono projects and programs.
